Hannes Hedman
Founder & CEO
Entrepreneur and commercial operator with experience across company building, capital markets and B2B sales. Hannes has served as Marketing Director at a publicly listed company, been involved in two listings on Nasdaq First North, and worked with investor relations and regulatory requirements for First North-listed companies. He founded Stride and grew the business from zero to approximately SEK 10 million in revenue within three years, while building a strong commercial network among Nordic companies ranging from approximately SEK 100 million to SEK 2 billion in revenue. At Esode, Hannes leads strategy, commercialization, fundraising and go-to-market. Following Esode’s capitalization, he will transition from his operational CEO role at Stride to a board-level role and focus full-time on building Esode.

Philip Montagu-Evans
Founder & CTO
Entrepreneur, software engineer and musician with over a decade of experience in the tech industry, spanning enterprise software and AI products. Philip leads the technical architecture behind Esode and has built the Esode Engine from the ground up. His background combines two disciplines at the core of Esode: building complex software systems and understanding what makes audio feel produced. He is responsible for the modular architecture and AI orchestration layer that coordinates storytelling, production logic, speech, music, sound and rendering into one real-time production pipeline.
Both founders transition to full-time operational roles at Esode from January 2027, following the pre-seed financing.
